This list was compiled by Charles D. Wright, based on Thomas N. Hall’s Master Entry List of May 2011; revised May 2017; partially updated May 2019; converted to spreadsheet by Jaylania Gomes spring 2020; and kept updated by Brandon W. Hawk from June 2020 to present.
Entries marked by an asterisk (*) were not included in Ogilvy’s BKE or the 1981 addenda and corrigenda to Ogilvy; entries marked by a double asterisk (**) were not in included in the 1990 Trial Version’s Projected Entries list.
Individual texts gathered under generic entries are as a rule not itemized here.
